Jatayu hill
Located in the Kollam region of Kerala, India, Jatayu Hill, also called Jatayu Earth’s Centre, is a popular tourist destination and natural park. It has the name of the legendary bird from the Indian epic Ramayana, Jatayu. Legend has it that while attempting to free Sita from Ravana’s kidnapping, Jatayu was gravely wounded and fell to this hill.

Tour Description
The largest working bird sculpture in the world, the enormous statue of Jatayu, is the main draw. The dimensions of the sculpture are 70 feet high, 150 feet wide, and 200 feet long. There is an adventure park on the property with archery, zip-lining, rock climbing, and rappelling among its offerings. The summit is easily accessible via a cable car system, which offers expansive views of the surroundings. A museum and a 6D theatre that offer an immersive experience about the tale of Jatayu and the Ramayana are located inside the Jatayu sculpture. Traditional healing facilities with Ayurvedic treatments and health programs can also be found in the park.
