Definitely! We are always happy to customise itineraries to suit guests’ specific interests.
Are your tours family friendly?
Yes, all our itineraries can be tailored to better suit the needs of families. Booster seats and baby capsules can be provided at no additional charge upon request.
Do you offer shared tours, or can we join another group?
We are a private tour operator but can recommend alternative group operators for you.
Are meals included in the tour packages?

Can we go shopping as part of our tour?
Absolutely! We will work with you in designing the perfect shopping experience to include in your selected itinerary.

We have vehicles of different sizes and can accommodate a variety of mobility requirements, including wheelchairs and collapsible scooters. Please discuss with us at the time of booking.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not included in our packages, but we recommend purchasing it independently to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
What happens in the event of bad weather?
Tours operate year round, and itineraries may be adjusted in the event of adverse weather to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. If a tour is cancelled, refunds will be issued proportionally to the portion of the tour completed. For tours that have not yet commenced, a full refund will be provided.

Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes, airport transfers can be added to the beginning or end of any tour or as standalone bookings.
We will have our luggage with us. Is their space in the vehicle?
Yes, please advise baggage quantities at the time of booking so this can be accommodated.
Is tipping the driver required for the tour?
No, it is not compulsory. Customers may choose to give drivers a gratuity if they wish to. What are the payment methods for the tour? We accept cash, credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask.
